With the Dior Fall Winter 2022 collection, designer Maria Grazia Chiuri brings a new look to the iconic high-heeled shoe that captivated the “It Girl” of the 60s by Christian Dior and Roger Vivier.

Launched in 1962, the model, named Dior 62-22, impresses with its intricate hand-embroidered details, combined with modern techniques inspired by laboratory studies. D-Air test. Nostalgic inspiration connected with the unique futuristic spirit, the shoe design conquers every woman’s heart with timeless elegance.
Each Mimosa flower is meticulously attached by craftsmen on the shoe as if it brings the lively atmosphere of the sunny garden of autumn to cherish every step of the girls. Coral-patterned pearls create a flattering touch at the toes, while delicate turquoise stones glisten a luxurious blue beneath the transparent mesh. With each movement of the petals, the light reflected from the stones follows the movements of the feet, creating a look that is both graceful and elegant.
Not stopping there, the shoes are also equipped with high-tech laces that can be adjusted to fit a woman’s ankle.
