The 4 collections shown at ELLE FASHION SHOW 2022 will be 4 stories of talent, enthusiasm, and remarkable design perspectives and fashion practices. KHAAR is a new brand established less than a year ago with the orientation of applying 3D technology, and recycled materials to reduce waste; HANOIA, a brand known for its exquisite handcrafted lacquerware, first launched a fashion collection aimed at a young audience; SUBTLE LE NGUYEN is reaching out to the international market with streamlined and elegant designs; and CHATS by C.DAM target the modern woman by juggling multi-dimensional inspirations and skillful design techniques. Although different in style, design philosophy, and direction, all four designers find inspiration in traditional Vietnamese culture. They place the highest emphasis on tailoring and finishing quality, and community connection is always a great motivator. They are the designers and brands that contribute to the vibrant colors in the fashion playground that is becoming more and more professional and interesting.

Director Cao Trung Hieu, who has accompanied ELLE Vietnam Magazine in four previous ELLE Fashion Journey shows, said: “I feel really excited about 4 collections of 4 designers of ELLE FASHION SHOW 2022. Although they all have very different creative personalities, they all start from traditional cultural identities and values. After studying and graduating in architecture, designer Cuong Dam ‘s design career turned to fashion. With Cuong Dam, fashion and architecture share common features in terms of the application of proportions, image unification, and most importantly, the purpose of understanding human needs. Therefore, architecture is the foundation for him to start with fashion with the brand CHATS. The transformation of the CHATS brand is marked from 2022 with a new, more sophisticated image that contains an independent and strong spirit but still retains femininity.

CHATS by C.DAM’s “Figure” collection at ELLE Fashion Show 2022 paints the image of a strong woman who is always in control of her dreams. The fashion creative director of HANOI, designer Tom Brandt promises to bring a modern and youthful fashion collection. The famous Lanh My A silk material will appear in an interesting and lively new look in the collection called “Bloom” – the image of strange flowers of nature, and also symbolizing the beauty of nature. different, separate, and stand out from the crowd. With a spirit of discovery, exploration, and not being afraid to experiment, Tom Brandt chooses a vibrant color palette of flowers, and the highlight of the strange flower forest is the silhouette of a lacquer tree shaped on the material. Designer Ngo Hoang Kha graduated in Fashion Design from the Ho Chi Minh City University of Architecture in 2016. After studying and experiencing many fashion design contests at home and abroad, and worked at a fashion design company for 4 years. A multinational fashion group, Kha founded the fashion brand KHAAR with the idea of ​​pursuing sustainable fashion.
