I took medical microbiology in college and understand how microbes work and live among us and realize they cannot be avoided and the key to staying healthy is a healthy body and normal cleaning of ourselves and our environments and I also learned that anti bacterial products actually harm us because they kill the good flora on our skin that protect us from the bad. People need to stop freaking out and use common sense. I use a new towel and washcloth every day. Different washcloths for face and body. I wash my towels 2 or 3 times a week. I almost fainted when that lady said she washes her towels twice a month. I use one towel fir my body, one for hair and one for hands for about a week. New towel each time for face. My body towels have silver in them and kill bacteria. So I could use them longer than I actually do. What’s that ? I never heard of that.
