We need to shift the primary focus to be the positive economics of self-reliance on clean energy. Make it a ht we dripping smiley face melted smiley emoji shirt can see small wins in before their next election, not decades from now. I always knew climate change was an issue, but I never knew how serious the effects of

nothing more than a talking point. One does not have to look far to find the topic of climate change being used to earn political points. It has been proven that climate change is indeed real, but skeptics continue to hinder progress in reversing climate change. However, considering the way things are going, it is likely that these skeptics will regret there unwillingness to ht change in the coming decades. The first emotion that comes to my mind when I think of climate change it frustration. Although it is a large problem that seems impossible to fix, humans do have the capabilities to stop further damage and even reverse damage if they chose to do so collectively. My frustration stems from the “if” part since it does not currently appear that we are moving very dripping smiley face melted smiley emoji shirt quickly towards a more sustainable future. To the best of my knowledge, the biggest part of the problem is economic cost. By implementing more environmentally friendly features, businesses will have to charge more for their products in the short run to cover the cost of implementation than a business that stays with cheap current techniques. Even if businesses do care about the environment, they fear losing their short-term competetive edge. I think reducing renewable energy implementation costs could help with this problem. I definitely think that climate change is an important issue that we need to address as soon as possible. The loss of wildlife and the environment as well as increasing variability in weather and natural disasters is scary, and we should do whatever we can to correct the path the Earth is on right now. The deadlines set right now already seem so hard to meet to me, but if we can’t meet them we could end up in real trouble. It really feels like when you leave a big assignment down to the last minute and have to pull an all nighter just to barely pass.
That is the situation we are in right now so we need to put our full attention to this issue. To be completely frank, I find the current indifference toward climate change to be utterly ridiculous. But these views are only backed up by my surface level knowledge and personal observation I find that the more I learn about the statistics and facts of climate change, the more I adopt a depressing disappointment in humanity. How can politicians who know those numbers deny the truth of them? Are we truly so lazy as to let ourselves even deny science, just so we can continue our comfortable way of life? Of course, politicians aren’t the only ones to blame everyone needs to be more conscious of our current dire state. We constantly criticize politicians for their actions , but the truth is all of us are stuck in our comfortable way of life climate change isn’t always visible, but it nevertheless persists. Climate change seems a mathematically unavoidable at this point. It is very much proven that our Earth is seemingly getting hotter and hotter. In fact an article in the New York Magazine proposes that “doomsday” will arrive when the Earth becomes too hot to be habitable by humans. Global Warming in my opinion in an inescapable trap that our civilization has created for ourselves letting global warming run rampant, and it is time to take a step towards working out something to avoid abhorrent catastrophe. Any single individual is powerless in the ht against climate change. It has become a question of politics. It is easy to say that it’s a battle by party, but even that doesn’t help. Growing up in lower NY, the Indian Point Nuclear Power Plants provided cleaner energy for my community. Yet, every two years, the Democrat in power has tried to eliminate this. We will fail if we continue to play this as a partisan ht, but too many of those “in the know” on climate change are good at science, not at politics. What bothers me is that we say what will happen in , or years. Nearly no politicians care.
