You use both to keep people asleep whilst they’re on the ventilator. People are put on the ventilator because they can no longer keep up with coughing out enough mucous and their lungs are totally congested. The effort it takes to breathe is too much and they can no longer move air effectively. They will also be on medications to break up mucous at the same time. ok well when you get it. You do that and experiment with your life. We don’t mind if you know better This is an interesting thread. The realities of the virus are tragic and frontline workers aren’t lying. I’m in UK and we have more of a pull together and follow the advice attitude as a whole.
