Really? she already told him she couldn’t hear through the speaker not that she wanted special treatment geez don’t be so heartless I have been deaf for 15 years which is a result of trauma… the only means of adapting is by self acceptance of disability yet co-operative empathetic acceptance by others… I always tell drive thru that I’m deaf & going to order at window & proceed… I’ve never had a problem… I don’t expect special treatment & as I can see on this video she has been so polite & patient… he wouldn’t want to cross my path how tf do you adapt to being denied service for your disability?!
