They never offered to take her order, the guy was telling her to leave, not to park… why would she need to park for them to take her order when they’d be able to do that at the window? Their precious “timer” stats need to take a back seat, and they need to take her order. The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) clearly states that they need to make accommodations for communication, and they also can’t make her wait on people behind her to order. It would be the same as demanding a black person to sit in the back of the bus. Not gonna happen in 2020.

I was born completely deaf, and I can still speak clearly. I got cochlear implants at 3 and 5 years old and I can hear with them. But if I take them off, I am completely profoundly deaf. I think Al Jade was for her and could not understand why the guy did not take her order since she was speaking clearly. No matter what both people were wrong and it’s stupid to get into a shouting match at a drive through window. That’s not how you get respect because she now put herself at at the same level as the drive through person. She should’ve parked her car at the first onset of this argument and went inside and talked to the manager and as calmly as possible explained the situation. She didn’t do that.
