The woman was Collins’s girlfriend and she had gotten to safety. she got help that case was solved. She was being help captive and escaped.  thank you. Just seeing her in that condition and seeing where she wasn’t helped right at that time was really shocking. Do you know how long after she ran that doorbell she was found? People make no sense doing car chases and running all they have to do is run the plates and get you at home sooner or later…smh absolutely true but I’m speaking about the owners of the vehicle when they run…lol
