Japanese fashion brand Onitsuka Tiger continues to present a contemporary collection that combines fashion and sport, heritage and innovation.

This fall and winter, Onitsuka Tiger Creative Director Andrea Pompilio teamed up with Toyoki Adachi, Designer and Artistic Director of textile brand “nowartt”, to fully utilize the brand’s graphics into her latest outfits.
Norwartt’s graphic style is a combination of two main spirits: art and anti-war. All of the brand’s textile graphics contain a message of comfort, being in harmony with nature.
This collaboration has resulted in a collection that combines the classics and the art of the 60s-70s (a time when the foundation has given the power to break many old traditions) as well as a combination of analog (hand-drawn) and digital formats. The motifs chosen include the neelakurinji, which blooms only once every 12 years, and the endangered Deeringia polysperma. All designs are minimalism typical of the mid-21st century.

Designer Virginie Viard blends both 60s Mod and Punk style inspiration into this Cruise 2022 collection to highlight the designs of suits, black-and-white mini skirts, or square knit dresses, dotted with extravagance. Mod-style mesh socks with personality. Accessories are extremely diverse such as leather hoster belts worn on the hips or thighs, chain pants straps, necklaces, thorny lip piercings of the Punk style.
The Chanel Cruise 2022 show in Dubai had the presence of many top stars such as Penélope Cruz, Caroline de Maigret, Soo Joo Park, Sofia Boutella, Tara Emad, Ruba Zarour, Keean Johnson, Faouzia, Kungs and John Legend.
