However, there is a much greater risk that social stigma, harassment and discrimination could result from public knowledge that one has, or may have, AIDS, has been the victim of a sexual assault, or has suffered an injury to a reproductive organ or other intimate body part. See, e.g. Doe v. SEPTA, 712 F.2d at 1140 ; New Jersey Bell Telephone Co. v. NLRB, 720 F.2d 789, 790 (3d Cir. 1983) .
