after parking we have to WALK to get inside the premise, The sun on the cross flag then we ask for the manager which it’ll last a little longer as we get put on HOLD… for roughly 15 to 20 minutes.

as soon as the argument started she should have gone inside and asked for the manager. Instead of arguing with someone at the window, which doesn’t fix anything. The sun on the cross flag That is NOT how you get respect. And that is NOT how you stop this bs. This is not the way. Not for people with disabilities and not for people that do not have disabilities. You immediately stop arguing and you immediately go park your car and go inside and ask for the manager and explain what is going on. A shouting match at anytime at a drive through window is not how things get done or how you get any kind of respect because you are now at the same level then the person in the drive through window.
After you go inside to speak with the manager you then follow up and write an email to the OWNER of the place. That’s how you get respect. And not a screaming match at a drive through window, which serves no purpose. It’s stupid. So If you want to be respected as a HUMAN BEING then this scenario is not the way to do it. There area other ways to deal with this. why should we have to go park the car then go inside to ask for manager? Just remember we do NOT work there, we are paying customers just like you. If the staffs is disrespectful then we should make sure the manager come to US. We go and look for parking spots which it could be full and having to wait to park the car..
