While most of us feel indignant about the current status of climate change, we mustn’t fall bluntie definition aunt weed cannabis marijuana smoking shirt short on reflecting on how ironic our own skepticisms really are. In this day and age, energy production, which has lead to extreme release rates of carbon dioxide, dominates all factors of

other way around. In terms of personal power, I think that each one of us can make a difference collectively by reducing our own energy consumption and thus carbon emissions. I know climate change exists, is very real, and something we as a population should certainly be concerned about. Previously, I have not had a very strong opinion on it; I certainly am not the most passionate about saving the earth through recycling, etcetera. Yet, I do believe that climate change is occurring and it is the result of a rather ignorant and complacent human population of which I am probably a part. This year I have been making a greater effort to conserve energy, bluntie definition aunt weed cannabis marijuana smoking shirt paper, and other resources. However, I have noticed that it is extraordinarily hard to qualify how our actions are directly impacting the earth how we are enhancing the effects of global warming. It is hard to see the immediate repercussions of our actions and this is why many people are hesitant to change their course. Climate change is becoming a more and more serious issue for our generation, and while history has proven that the global climate has naturally gone through many different periods of warming and cooling, the current global warming that the world is facing is being exacerbated by humans and our modern society that is damaging the environment. Those who say that climate change has nothing to do with humans are the same people who think that somehow, regardless of how much humans damage the planet, everything will turn out fine and we are invincible. I think it’s important to understand that climate change is natural but only to some extent. If we don’t take care of our planet, the natural global warming will be much more severe than what is natural, and the planet can be permanently damaged to the point where the global climate will only get worse over time. To be completely honest,
I don’t understand how people still believe that climate change is a myth. The sea level is rising, ice sheets are melting, the global temperature is rising and this is just the start. NASA has a whole page on climate change in which they list plenty of evidence to prove that this is in fact a real thing. If we don’t do anything then droughts, heat waves, and hurricanes will continue to get worse and worse. We are ruining the earth and yet we can save it if everyone just works together. I believe climate change is real, and happening every day. My dad owns a renewable energy company, so for as long as I can remember he has been telling me the reality of what is going on in the world around us. When I was , he spent every night reading to me Al Gore’s An Inconvenient Truth. Every year we are seeing an increase in natural disasters caused by the rising temperature of the earth. It alarms and appalls me that our government can allow for highly unsafe projects such as the Keystone Pipeline, with histories of failure to run throughout the US. In my opinion one of the most important things we must do is protect our water, and allowing for increased pollution and oil spills is completely contrary to a sustainable future. I think that climate change is a thing, but I just don’t know to what extent. I have never really done any research on it, so I only know what I have heard from people. I am skeptical as to how fast the climate is changing and it is hard to state my position on climate change without any background. Since I do not have a lot of knowledge on this topic, I have to be able to trust those who are giving me information about climate change and to be honest I don’t. I think a lot of people have their own hidden agendas and may not be giving all of the information truthfully. I’m also wondering just how much the climate has really changed because we used to not have the technology to track these changes, but now we do. So these changes could be completely natural. With progress in technology, unfortunately comes along chaos for the natural order on
